These obligations, better described as the \u2018Accountability Obligations\u2019 are subsumed in Art. 2.1(3) of the NDPR which provides that \u201canyone who is entrusted with the personal data of a data subject or who is in possession of personal data of a data subject shall be accountable for his acts or omissions in respect of data processing, and in accordance with the principles contained in the NDPR\u201d.
